3. Local shipping methods & rates?
For Singapore orders above S$60 (excluding GST), we offer free registered SingPost delivery. For orders under S$60 (excluding GST), registered SingPost delivery will be at S$4.
For Malaysia orders above US$39, we offer free Aramex courier delivery. For orders under US$39, Aramex courier delivery will be at US$4.
4. International shipping methods & rates?
LATEST: Express shipping is available to the USA (50 states only), Canada, and Mexico; free Express shipping for orders above US$250.
We also offer Express shipping via Aramex as default to the following countries / territories: Brunei, Indonesia, Macau, Philippines, South Korea, and Thailand; free Express shipping for orders above US$75 (excluding taxes).
Our regular air shipping is via Standard Fully-Tracked (ePAQ Plus). As shipping rates and delivery times differ for each region, please refer to the shipping policy for more information.
We offer free international shipping for orders above US$75 (excluding taxes) to these destinations: United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Mexico, and the United Arab Emirates.
These destinations enjoy free international shipping for orders above US$88 (excluding taxes): Canada, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Cambodia, India, Fiji, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Peru.
Orders above US$95 (excluding taxes) enjoy free international shipping to the USA.
For all other international destinations, we offer free shipping for orders above US$110 (excluding taxes).
5. Who is responsible for International Custom Duties?
International Customers, please note that you will be responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. These fees will usually be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. We ship all parcels from Singapore to your address.
Please also note that we can only declare your package at the total value paid at check out.
6. I did not receive my confirmation email upon check out, help!
If you do not receive your confirmation email, it may be in your SPAM or Junk folder. If it is not in your SPAM / Junk folder, please contact us at hello@ohmmmcare.com and we will sort it out.
7. How long does it take to process my order?
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you along with a copy of your order confirmation. We take 1-2 business days to process your orders. We will notify you via email along with your shipment tracking number!
We work closely with our logistics partners and carriers to ensure your Ohmmm Care order can reach you as quickly as possible.

Local orders: 2 – 4 business days
International orders: 3 – 28 business days
LATEST: Express orders: 4 – 10 business days
Note: Due to tightened border checks as a result of COVID-19 and possible extreme weather disruptions, the above estimates serve only as a rough guide.
8. I cannot track my order.
Please allow the carrier 1 – 2 business days to register your shipping status. If your tracking number is not working, please reach out to us at hello@ohmmmcare.com and we will assist you.
9. Can I use more than one promo code?
You can only use one promo code per order. If you encounter more than one working promo code, please choose the one most attractive for you!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. What is your return & refund policy?
We hope that you like our products as much as we do. If that is not the case, we have a 14-day refund policy for all products purchased on our ohmmmcare.com website, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund, minus any actual shipping fee the carrier charges us. We do not accept returns as personal care products are non-returnable.
To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@ohmmmcare.com. Please clearly state your reason for requesting a refund.
2. I did not receive what I ordered.

1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not accept cash orders or checks.

1. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we never test on animals!
2. Are your products vegan?
Yes, the Pure Bamboo Detangler are vegan! We are working to bring you a vegan version of the Canopy Water-activated Powder Shampoo & Conditioner Bar, so watch this space!
3. When does your product expire?
All Ohmmm Care products have a shelf life of 3 years (6 months after opening).
4. Are your products safe for use for all ages?
Yes, our products are safe to use for all ages. Some products come in glass bottles so we recommend handling with care.
5. Where can I buy your products?
Currently our main point of sales is at our website ohmmmcare.com.
6. Are your products completely natural?
Yes! As far as possible, we strive to only use beneficial ingredients that come from natural sources. We also have a high level of quality control to ensure they are safe, stable, and effective for your needs. Rest assured that we take utmost care in making sure that gentle and low-hazard ingredients are used in our formulas.
