For Singapore orders above S$60 (excluding GST), we offer free registered SingPost delivery. For orders under S$60 (excluding GST), registered SingPost delivery will be at S$4.

For Malaysia orders above US$39, we offer free Aramex courier delivery. For orders under US$39, Aramex courier delivery will be at US$4.

LATEST: Express shipping is available to the USA (50 states only), Canada, and Mexico; free Express shipping for orders above US$250.

We also offer Express shipping via Aramex as default to the following countries / territories: Brunei, Indonesia, Macau, Philippines, South Korea, and Thailand; free Express shipping for orders above US$75 (excluding taxes).
Our regular air shipping is via Standard Fully-Tracked (ePAQ Plus). As shipping rates and delivery times differ for each region, please refer to the shipping policy for more information.

5. Who is responsible for International Custom Duties?
International Customers, please note that you will be responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. These fees will usually be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. We ship all parcels from Singapore to your address.
Please also note that we can only declare your package at the total value paid at check out.

7. How long does it take to process my order?
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you along with a copy of your order confirmation. We take 1-2 business days to process your orders. We will notify you via email along with your shipment tracking number!
We work closely with our logistics partners and carriers to ensure your Ohmmm Care order can reach you as quickly as possible.

If that is not the case, we have a 14-day refund policy for all products purchased on our website, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund, minus any actual shipping fee the carrier charges us. We do not accept returns as personal care products are non-returnable.
