返金ポリシー
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund, minus any actual shipping fee the carrier charges us and any VAT or Sales Tax prepaid by us. We also reserve the right to impose an administrative charge of 30%. We do not accept returns as personal care products are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.
The exception to this 14-day refund policy is applicable in cases where the customer is already fully aware of specific adverse reactions to Ohmmm products from prior use and intentionally places a reorder of the same product. Similar adverse reactions that arise will neither be cause nor eligible for any refunds.
To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@ohmmmcare.com. Please clearly state your reason for requesting a refund. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you the details of approximate timing of the refund, and it will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (email hello@ohmmmcare.com) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photos of the packaging material and damaged goods in your communications.
Please remember it can take some time, especially with the COVID-19 impact, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
