Shipping
All Ohmmm Care orders are shipped out from our Singapore warehouse. We ship Domestic by Ninja Van ground courier, and to Malaysia by Aramex. We ship door-to-door express for the following countries: Brunei, Indonesia, Korea, Macau, Philippines, and Thailand. For all other international orders, we ship to your shipping address country by postal air freight. We typically process in-stock orders within 2 business days. If a product is out-of-stock, we will inform you within 2 business days and work out an alternative arrangement. Shipping occurs on Monday through Friday during business hours, except for Singapore public holidays.

The Estimated Delivery window provided by us reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by the COVID-19 impact, air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control. We will endeavor to inform you.
You may have to pay additional import taxes, value-added taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee and will be your responsibility.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on shipping destination, your order may qualify for free shipping if the order value exceeds US$39.
Special Note for customers shipping to the UK and EU member-states (EU24 in above table + Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Malta) only. We curated a Fully-Tracked VAT-prepaid shipping service to expedite the customs clearance process for the UK and all EU member-states. The checkout process will calculate and display the VAT-inclusive order total. You may have to pay additional customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee if your order exceeds EUR150 (GBP135 for UK) – these will be your responsibility.

We will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by customs.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team (email hello@ohmmmcare.com) so we can help you make it right. Please send photos of the packaging material and damaged goods in your communication.
